STEP 1 Collect the leaves that is discarded from the areca tree naturally. No need to cut the
STEP 2 Determine the size and shape of the plant. The areca plates are available in square,round, rectangle, oval, etc you can make your desired one.
STEP 3 The areca leafs are soaked in water completely and allowed to dry partially .
STEP 4 The shape is designed by leg pressing manual machine or automated machine by the Manufacture .
STEP 5 Once shape is designed it edges and corners will be trimmed to the shape.
STEP 6 Allow it to dry until the plates get strong as it can possible.
