There are variety of paper plates available in store. The basic raw materials determine the quality of the paper plates. There are different types of paper plates available like silver laminated paper plate, silver paper, gold laminated paper plate, gold paper, foil covered paper,,poly coated paper,etc
STEP 1 Generally the paper plate is manufacturing Start similar to the ordinary paper manufacturing. As like paper pulp will be taken from the wood of the tree. The paper pulp which is left after making the quality paper is brown in colour which will be bleached to white colour or any other desired colour.
STEP 2 Today technology introduced varies technical method and machines for manufacturing paper plates. The brown pulp is pressed in the machine according to the required shape and dried in the temperature of sun. Instead you can buy the dried paper directly from the store.
STEP 3 The dried paper are passed to the cutting machine which cuts the paper to the require shape like circle, square or as you desired.
STEP 4 Once the cutting is over the plates were passed to the printing machine for printing the name or logos or necessary information like batch no, manufacturing date, etc. These printing will be done at the back side of the plate.
STEP 5 The front or upper side of the plate is laminated by the silver or gold as required.
STEP 6 The extras papers at the edges will be cut and size will be adjust accordingly after lamination.
STEP 7 Then the paper will sent in to the paper plate forming machine to shape it in to a proper plate look. The paper plates will be collected from this machine.
