How to make Incense sticks
Incense sticks were brought to play by various communities for various purpose like religious ceremonies or aromatherapy as daily use or occasionally. Making incense sticks is not a big deal at all. The things needed for making incense sticks are as follows.
Bamboo sticks,wood glue, Charcoal powder, unburned wood powder or saw dust, sandal wood powder, paints,perfumes or fragrance oil.
STEP 1 Generally incense stick will be 7inch or 10 inch. Take a bamboo stick and cut it in its node to make it into small pieces using sharp knife and again split it into small slats. Make it sun dry.
STEP 2 Mix equal parts of charcoal powder, unburned wood powder or saw dust powder, sandal powder, perfumes or frangrance oil and finally paint if your desired colour generally dark colour.
STEP 3 Using distilled water make it into a fine paste and kept it overnight.
STEP 4 Apply the mixture of paste evenly around the stick by rolling the sticks one bye one.
STEP 5 Allow it to dry completely atleast for a week to make perfect incense stick.
STEP 6 After drying it for a week you can use it as you wish.
